The Oizō Care Model

Oizō Wellness Collective operates as a cash-based practice to maintain full control over the quality, depth, and direction of care you receive. After working across a range of healthcare settings, our double board-certified physicians have seen how insurance models can limit time with patients and restrict which tests, treatments, and therapies are available. Our approach is built around physician-guided, data-driven care that addresses root causes and supports long-term metabolic and hormonal health. By working outside of insurance, we are able to spend more time with each patient, use advanced diagnostics when clinically appropriate, and design personalized treatment plans without external limitations.

Oizō is designed to be a consistent, trusted presence for women’s health in Acadiana. Beyond clinical care, we aim to provide a setting where patients feel comfortable asking questions, building understanding, and staying engaged in their health over time. That includes access to physician guidance as well as support from registered dietitians, body composition analysis through InBody, infrared sauna use, and targeted therapies such as dietary plans, peptides, and GLP-1 medications, when appropriate. Each element is integrated into a broader care plan, giving patients a place to return for both ongoing medical insight and structured support.
